Our Process
Welcome to the Executive Introduction intake process. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate high-level professional maturity, self-awareness, and a commitment to authentic communication.
In an age of AI, a human voice is a competitive advantage. To maintain the integrity of our executive network, we require all documents to be your own original work. We utilize advanced linguistic analysis to ensure all submissions are human-authored.
Application Requirements:
To ensure your application receives full consideration, please complete the following:
- Submit a comprehensive professional resume highlighting your specific achievements and metrics.
- Include a tailored cover letter; this document must be entirely human-authored to pass our verification process.
- Ensure your LinkedIn profile is fully updated and provide the URL.
Once the above 3 items have been submitted please see the below.
Finally, please be aware that all qualified candidates will be required to participate in a final step #4 in-person interview to complete the consideration process.
Step #1 - Authentic Cover Letter
We utilize advanced linguistic analysis and AI-detection tools (including GPTZero and Originality.ai) to ensure all submissions are human-authored.
- The Goal: We want to see your unique perspective, your "why," and your specific career aspirations. We want to meet the real you.
- Advice: Avoid generic templates. Use personal anecdotes that an AI wouldn't know about your life.
- The Standard: We are looking for the "real you." Submissions flagged for high AI-probability lack the personal "spark" we require, and will not be moved forward in the current cycle.
Step #2- LinkedIn Presence
Your digital footprint is your modern-day business card. Your profile must include:
- A headshot.
- A headline that clearly states your value proposition.
- A summary ("About") section that bridges your academic background with your professional goals to the best of your ability.

Step#3 - Resume
To ensure your resume meets the professional standards for this program, please adhere to the following criteria:
- Format: Submit a clean, single-page PDF or MS. Word to ensure visual consistency and professional layout.
- Impact: Prioritize achievements and metrics that demonstrate the specific results of your work thus far.
- Authenticity: Draft all descriptions in your own voice. We value the genuine perspective of a human-crafted resume over a generic template.
- Accuracy: Provide current contact details to facilitate the scheduling of your mandatory in-person interview.
In-person interview
Step #4 In-Person Interview
Candidates who pass the initial documents screening will be invited for a face-to-face interview.
- Attire: Business Professional.
- Timeliness
- Focus: We will discuss your "Statement of Purpose" in detail. This is an opportunity to show that the person in the room matches the voice in the writing.
- Interview format: In an increasingly digital world, the ability to connect in person is a premier executive skill. Therefore, we conduct all interviews face-to-face. Please note that we do not offer virtual or Zoom interview options for this program.
